Kellett’s prosecutorial crime spree continues

Some people insist on a bad ending to their story.  O.J. Simpson, after skating on the murder of his ex-wife and Ron Goldman, decided to go gangsta over some memorabilia knowing full well that the world hated his guts and that a target was painted on his back with any prosecutor in his range of vision.

Personally I worked with a number of addicts who got their asses kicked, hard, by whatever their poison, only to get back in the ring repeatedly for another go. Plenty of them never made it back out. There just seems to be something in the makeup of some people that yearns for speed and a brick wall.

Take Mary Kellett, for instance.

The infamous Ellsworth, Maine, prosecutor has been making her bread and butter of innocent men corralled into show trials conducted by a gaggle of back slapping good-old-whatevers in Maine’s idea of what passes for a justice system. They even have a local media that looks the other way and whistles while it happens.

But recently she has gotten some unintended attention because of the staggering corruption she brought to the Vladek Filler case. Actually, the corruption was in the fact there was a Vladek Filler case at all. Never should have happened.

The former wife in this case was prepared to testify on behalf of the accused, rather than against him, in order to get him cleared of the charges.

Now, after all the bad press for her office, a campaign against her that went to the Governor’s office and a pending bar complaint with some real meat on it, you’d think she’d lay low and wait for the storm to pass. Well, if she were smart. Apparently any assessment of her along those lines would have to omit that particular adjective. Kellett is at it again, but this time, one would hope, she has screwed the pooch so badly that even her cadre of cronies can’t save her.

Kellett was placed in charge of prosecuting one Keovilaisack Sayasane with “terrorizing, assault and criminal threatening,” a charge which would hinge largely on the testimony of his former wife, the alleged victim in the case. But Kellett had a problem, and in Kellett’s world anything that interferes with convicting a man is a problem. The former wife in this case was prepared to testify on behalf of the accused, rather than against him, in order to get him cleared of the charges.  It might be speculated that after seeing a domestic situation turn into the potential for hard time for her former husband the supposed victim in this case decided the state was taking things a tad too far.

So Mary Kellett conjured up a solution to this one, Ellsworth style.  She told the former wife that Sayasane had murdered his first wife. The only pesky detail being that the story was a complete and utter lie.  According to The Ellsworth American, who of course did not mention Kellett’s name in their article, the less-than-impressed judge was presented with Kellett’s actions by Sayasane’s attorney, Jeffrey Toothaker, and unceremoniously threw out the entire case.

Witness tampering, anyone?

According to Toothaker, the wife’s response to the lie was drastic. It “sent shivers up her spine, as it should,” he said.  And it caused her to withdraw from giving testimony, an action that would have allowed Kellett and the state to continue unimpeded with a bad case.

It is fitting, with Kellett’s track record.  As was revealed in a press conference in front of the Hancock County, Maine, Courthouse during Vladek Filler’s trial, Kellett has prosecuted a large number of cases lacking in evidence, and many where exculpatory evidence clearly points to the innocence of the accused. Understandably, and luckily for most, her track record of convictions is abysmal, but has resulted nonetheless in ruined lives and millions of dollars of squandered taxpayer monies.

Part of this story may be soon coming to a conclusion.  There remains a bar complaint pending against Mary Kellett for her unethical actions in the first Filler trial.

Despite being publicly exposed, Kellett has persisted in a pattern of unscrupulous and illegal conduct and has now crossed the line into unambiguous criminality.  A significant part of the problem, of course, is her boss, District Attorney Carletta Bassano.  Kellett has been working under Bassano’s direction, and the D.A. is well past the point of avoiding culpability for Kellett’s actions.  Though it is likely not provable, yet, this entire affair reeks of conspiracy to corrupt justice on the part of the Hancock County Prosecutor’s Office, from the top down.

None of this would have been possible, however, were it not for the indifference and enabling of local media such as The Bangor Daily News and The Ellsworth American. There was a time when the media loved scandal. Now, when the scandal is rooted in gender politics, they are a part of it.

Part of this story may be soon coming to a conclusion.  There remains a bar complaint pending against Mary Kellett for her unethical actions in the first Filler trial. The conviction she obtained in that trial was overturned by the Maine State Supreme Court based on prosecutorial misconduct.

If there remains anyone left in the state of Maine that will take the appropriate action against this prosecutor gone awry, then we can move on to address other matters, such as Bassano.

However, if Kellett gets yet another pass (yes, that pass) on her misdeeds, then A Voice for Men will spearhead a complaint to the Overseers of the Bar in Maine for her clear-cut tampering with a witness in the Sayasane trial.

I had to listen to several parts of last night’s show twice, Paul. You and JtO are killer. Men are, as you said on the show, becoming indentured servants. I just cannot believe this Mary Kellet story. I just reverse the genders and imagine that a male prosecutor was sending innocent women to prison, even after being charged with prosecutorial misconduct, only to receive a pass for being a male. It would NEVER happen. EVER.

….. so even after having a case dropped for misconduct… a bar petition put out against her… she still acted poorly in trying to tamper a witness?? She should be aware that doing that is AGAINST THE LAW. That means that she purposefully committed perjury in an attempt to get a conviction on a man that was absolutely innocent of the charges he was accused of… This bitch doesn’t just need to be removed from her position with no chance of EVER being reappointed, she needs to be put on an island in the middle of the pacific ocean and abandoned there.

Does anybody still believe there’s an independent and non-corrupted media? I’m pretty sceptic now. Could Watergate come into light today? I don’t believe in it.
….and that’s why mary kelletts exist.

    Mindblowing, just mindblowing.

How the hell can anyone get away with this shit for this long? How do you lie to a man’s wife that he murdered his first wife, and are still working in the office!?

Even if everyone deserves their day in court, there’s such a thing as suspending someone until a judge rules whether or not someone handled in good conscience. She should have been sitting at home preparing for her own friggin’ court case!

Can’t possibly imagine how in hell a judge can side with a woman who did the above… but then, I’m sane.

Wouldn’t surprise me if someone found a few barrels of penises and testicles decomposing under Kellet’s house, or that she’s still practicing afterwards. The fact that she’s still going hammer and tongs trying to stitch up innocent men just proves that she not only thinks she is untouchable, she practically is.

There’s something those two dykes have on somebody at the state level somewhere. Either that or they let them act unethically (and illegally) with impunity out of some kind of social justice experiment. More than likely they’re just afraid to touch them because any criticism of women in power is met with “misogynist!”. They NEED female DA’s to meet quota in the area.

People are afraid to speak out about them for a reason…they seem to get away with whatever they want to do to wreak havoc on a man’s life. State oversight is blatantly weak.

For some reason Maine’rs seem to be racked with white male privilage feminist guilt; they’re very sensitive to all the past “oppression” and how women “feel”. I spent some time there 15 years ago and it was like that then. That’s why their only two senators are women, Susan Collins and Olivia Snowe. Eases their guilt…

Mary Kellet is a representation of the attitude most women are encouraged to have in our society; she is a man in a woman’s body. I don’t know why she is sending all these men to prison where they will be beaten and raped, but I don’t know if it really matters. Men are objects that are considered disposable. We are viewed as tools that women can use to fulfill whatever purpose they want, whether it be for money, revenge, status, career promotion, ect. Not only are we considered disposable, but we walk around with targets on our foreheads.

I have an ENORMOUS problem with the pussy pass. I hope readers of this article realize that there are men in our society who will fight to the death for any woman, even if she would cut off his balls if given the chance. If a man does something bad to a woman, he is considered to be forever in her debt. If a woman does something wrong to a man, all she has to do is give a half-assed apology.

Blue-pill men of the world: WAKE UP! Your brothers in arms are being persecuted throughout the world, and all you continue to give women the benefit of the doubt. I hope what I just said does not sound like shaming language, but I am sick and tired of blue-pill men selling their souls to the women that feminism created just to get laid.

Thumb up 12 Thumb down 0
    • I second that. Just like in the matrix, those that have not been released from their pods, and are still in the matrix, are our enemies just as much as the agents, in our case, they are the agents. I don’t have a problem with shaming them, or any other action that might reduce their capacity to continue their pussy begging.

I have to completely agree with both of you. The fact is that we are up against human sociobiology. Feminism is just an extension of that, along with chivalry.

Misandry is a cultural problem, and feminism just used it, very wisely I might add, to grab and maintain power.

We are fighting the world as it is. And eventually we will win.

    • I need to clarify my statement “Mary Kellet is a man in a woman’s body.”

My intention was to point out a fact that most women are confused about masculinity. Most women think being a man means the following:

      1. Wear men’s clothing.

      2. Chop off their hair; women who cut their hair short are giving up their female identity.

      3. Drink a lot of beer, get into a lot of confrontations, and have sex with a lot of guys.

      4. Hurt as many people as possible, preferably men.

      5. Be angry all the time and never give a man sympathy.

That was what I meant by “Mary Kellet is a man in a woman’s body.” She may not do all those things, but there are plenty of women who think doing those things listed above will make them men.

    Nice job Paul.

That they still have to commit crimes to get men imprisoned says something about the peaceful nature of men.

While the cancer of the justice system, domestic violence laws, stays on the books watch while our justice system becomes worse than that of an arab caliphate or african tribe.

This was all predicted early in the mens rights movement. At that time we looked at the Taliban and Feminists and it was like looking at a mirror image.

To us feminism was written with knowledge of the rules of extreme Islamic movements so it was clearly copied the laws.

For example, the law has been changed so swiftly and drastically that today in the US a womans testimony counts more than a man. This is a direct reversal of Islamic Sharia law.

The legal theory on how the court can get away with this is, I think, that, since the woman is the victim, and victims get more “rights”, now the balance of justice is forever skewed.

We may fight over who hits more at home, there appears to be no fight over who calls the police more.

To get in front of this push think about the next step. In Sharia law, to my understanding, a mans testimony is worth exacly double that of a woman.

Feminists will push for two men to overcome the testimony of a “victim” who is female….oh….wait….exactly, we”re already there.

What happens if two mens testimony contradicts a woman? Are the men now telling the truth? In theory? In everyday practice?

This, IMO, will be the next fight. If two women see something it will take 4 men to overcome their testimony.

Kellott is the useful idiot of her boss and eventually the Prison Guard Union. It is my belief that with the failing economy, drug laws lessening and drug busts dropping, the Powers That Be have geared up the dv laws and know the Kellotts of the world have real pressure to not drop dv cases to keep the prison guards employed.

This is what your up against. True entrenched corruption. It’s like the mafia ran the government for real and made saying “Guido” a crime.

Our current dv laws cast such a wide net, by design, that once a woman is angry and..gasp…an Ameriskank feels…..afraid…..oh….the horror….the system has her man.

Expect an avalanche of dv cases and a repeat of lies about how the economy is causing dv in the next year….if I am right.

I know what you mean…it seems nefarious but I don’t think so. That’s what makes it worse. This is no big corruption case and this is happening everywhere in the US. We are hemorhaging. I obviously don’t care that much but I keep saying that the prisons are the problem because look at the costs.

We have a system that is so hungry and bloated and powerful they are creating the conditions necessary for the prison guard organism to exist.

This is like “big goverment” a few years ago. We lost that fight. The government is so big now we recognize that the dems and repubs are supporting the same “big government”.

So with the prison guard union, there are about 1.6 million men incarcerated per year with 600,000 in jail at any moment and 518,200 prison guards with a projected 566,500 in 7 short years by 218, as advertised on their we site:

    http://www.bls.gov/oco/ocos156.htm#outlook

Ah, corruption in the day of the interweb…harder to hide.

So, with this system being the bread and butter of every town in Appalatia dying for 20 years because of loss of industry…as you might imagine….local politicians, and prosectors work for the gobm’nt, they need to get jobs.

How better than to house a no good louse that beat his wife. And so what if I tell the lying b@tch a story…she was gonna lie for him.

Well here we have what Hillary made, while Bill was out bonkin Monica from Santa Monic.

    Good luck Paul.

New Hampshire’s largest employers of note are Fidelity Investment,C & S Wholesale Grocers Inc,Ruger Firearms and Goss International Americas(pulled from http://www.acinet.org/employ4.asp?from=State&stfips=33&id=&nodeid=12&emp_id=003566908).

Maybe applying pressure to these groups would be more effective then anything else? Because it seems obvious that misandry is firmly engraved into New Hampshire as this bigot still is able to use her power to hurt and oppress men.

“NCFM filed a grievance against one of the State of Maine’s Assistant District Attorney, Mary Kellett.

The grievance was filed primarily because NCFM and many others believed Kellett’s behavior violated the Maine Bar Rules. We all felt that she persecuted rather than prosecuted certain people including Vladek Filler, a man falsely accused of spousal rape and numerous other things.

This is likely the attempt of bigots like Kellott to discourage Russian or Armenian immagrants from settling in their neck of the woods, or trying to eliminate the culture of these groups that involve actual disagreements in the family to be resolved by argument instead of male surrender in the “women run the world” philosphy of the common Ameri-skank.

See this is why it is my contention that women, among other places, don’t and have never belonged in the justice systems of civilized nations: They simply don’t have any sense of Justice! I’m no lawyer, but despite – hell, maybe *because* of that, I’m clear that civilized justice requires laws, and laws in turn require *consistency* and *principle*. But again, women have none of these virtues – only a pressing (and in this case, *oppressing*), automatic sense of self-preservation in the here-and-now. There are very good reasons for this in itself (I’ll get into the psycho-evolutionary of the female naked ape in my own article later); but “good reasons” do not justification for destructive brutality make: And when, moreover, these a-principled beings are allowed, enabled, and finally even encouraged to get in and takeover, and plant their weight on but one side of the delicate scales of Lady Justice (a symbol of the male *anima*, by the way, and decidedly *not*of the female animal), you get results like California date-rape laws, hate crime laws, marital rape laws – and, of course, quick corruption to, and from, the core of an entire state’s justice system, as in this case with Bassano et al. You get, as the brilliant Howard S Schwartz would put it, a reversion to the Primitive, where the only law that awaits us there is the law of the jungle. Kudos, by the way Paul, for Declaring to give the Overseers of the Maine Bar a collective (i.e. *hard*!) shouldertap from A Voice for Men, should business continue as usual there.
